Master of First Level in International Policies and Crisis Management (IP-CM)

Academic year 2008-2009 (third edition)

The Masters programme  in "International Policies and Crisis Management" has its roots in the experience acquired by EuroSapienza in activities of international cooperation in areas of crisis, in particular in the Balkans and in transition countries. This Master is of first level, in English language, and designed to provide postgraduate professionals with specific qualification for prevention and operational management of crisis situations as well as security and human rights. It provide also the preparation necessary for the participation in projects of national and international cooperation carried out by of various organisations and no-profit bodies. It provides the students with the professional knowledge and the preparation necessary for the operational management of:

• regional, national and international institutions

• policies and good governance

• public, private and no-profit organisations.

The Master, whose attendance is obligatory, lasts two semesters and is carried out with a multidisciplinary approach. The Master takes an advantage of the didactic and scientific competence of the University of Rome “La Sapienza”, and of the participation of academic and diplomatic experts in European and international matters.

At the end of the Master course, the University of Rome “La Sapienza” confers the Masters Diploma of First Level in International Policies and Crisis Management.
